In 1977	MonteBussan K.K. started at Den-En-Chofu, Ota-ku by　breaking away from food division of Nippon Montedison K.K.
In 1983	relocated the office to Shinsen, Shibuya-ku
In 1985	opened sales office in Osaka (current Osaka Branch)
In 1987	relocated the head office to Tomigaya, Shibuya-ku
In 1991	opened sales office in Sendai (current Sendai Branch)
In 1994	opened sales office in Fukuoka (current Fukuoka Branch)
In 1995	opened sales office in Nagoya (current Nagoya Branch)

In 1999	merged by Suntory Limited and become a group company of Suntory
